Welcome to the BBC! Most of you may have gone to many social networking events that are hosted in the evening. The BBC is different because it is a proactive way to network with other businesses. Instead of the usual one to one networking style in a social setting or speed-networking, the format is one to group. BBC is appropriate for business owners, sales and marketing professionals. The meeting is 2 hours and conducted during lunch time and includes a meal. For the meeting to be effective and for us to work within the set timeframe, we limit the meeting to no more than 40 attendees, as it gives everyone a chance to present their company in 60 seconds. We suggest you prepare your elevator pitch, 30 second to introduce your products/services and 30 seconds to relate the kind of referrals you'd like to receive from the group, i.e. I want to meet the HR person in Acme and Widgit company.

BBC concept is simple, by sharing information about the products and/or services each company provides, other attendees can help to provide business leads. By giving and receiving good business leads we can help each other grow.

At each meeting, two attendees will be invited to give a 5 minute presentation about their company. We also invite experts to give a business tips. If you'd like to volunteer, please send us an e-mail.

Please RSVP 7 days prior to join the meeting. This gives us time to prepare all the necessasry materials for all attendees.

The fee is 500 baht per person, guest fee for non-member is 700 baht. Entrance fee includes lunch (3 choices), covers the cost of room rental, and the audio/visual equipment. Early bird offer, book and prepay for your seat and get a 10% discount on event fee. Non-member special, book and prepay for two seats and pay membership price. BBC Meeting Agenda

11:00am		Sign-in, pay fee, meet and greet
11:30am		Order lunch
	•	Meeting commence
	•	Ask volunteer for time keeping
	•	Purpose and overview of BBC/BBC policies
	•	Tips on networking
	•	Circulate the business cards/company brochures. Each attendee should bring 50 cards.
	•	For attendees interested to be a featured speaker at the next BBC meeting, they can drop their card in a bowl. We will draw to see who speaks at the successive meeting.
	•	15 minute business tip presentation
	•	Each attendee give their 60 second introduction about their and the kind of referral they are looking for from the group.
	•	Feature speakers, two (5 min presentation each)
	•	Lucky draw for the next featured speaker
	•	Providing referrals to fellow attendees
